These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Seattle, LLC d/b/a KNDD - FM 107.7 The End (the "Station"). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station's general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station's general contest rules are available at the Station's studio at 1100 Olive Way, Suite 1650, Seattle, WA, 98101 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station's website at HYPERLINK "http://www.1077theend.com/hondahybrid" www.1077theend.com/hondahybrid . To the extent the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Open to Oregon, Washington and Idaho residents 18 years or older as of Friday, May 29, 2010.

There are three ways to enter the Honda Insight Car Giveaway (the "Contest"):

Listen and Text to Win: Listen to the Station in the hours of 9:00am, 2:00pm and 5:00pm (PST) each weekday (Monday through Friday only) beginning Monday, May 17, 2010 through Thursday May 27, 2010 (the "Text-in Entry Period") for the sounder that will be the Cue to Text "HONDA" to 46150 (the "Sounder"). Immediately after the Sounder is played in its entirety (and not in a promotional announcement for the Contest) the one hundred seventh (107th) text received on the Station's contest text club "46150" will win a pair of three day passes to the 2010 Sasquatch Music Festival at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington (May 29-31, 2010) and will receive an entry in the Grand Prize Honda Giveaway Drawing, subject to confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules (each a "Text Qualifier"). If the Station does not receive at least 107 texts when a winning Sounder is played, there will be no Qualifier for that round. A maximum of twenty-seven (27) Qualifiers will be selected during the Text-in Entry Period. Listeners can opt-in to receive daily text messages from the Station containing approximate dates and times that the Sounder will be played on-air by texting "JOIN" to 46150. However, listeners who opt-in to receive these text messages will receive no advantage in texting in to win. It is each listener's responsibility to check with their individual carrier as charges may apply to receive these text messages. Entry KIOSK at 2010 Sasquatch Music Festival (May29-31, 2010): Between Saturday, May 29th, 2010 and Monday, May 31st, 2010 Station will be on site at the Sasquatch Festival allowing festival attendees to enter to win via an electronic kiosk at the Honda Hybrid Zone where the station will be broadcasting live between 12pm and 8pm each day of the event ("On-Site Entry Period"). Persons desiring to enter must complete and submit an official entry blank at the Kiosk with the following information: Name, Zip Code, Phone Number, Email and Birth Date. Ability to enter via kiosk may be limited in the event the kiosk is not functioning during any given time during the On-Site Entry Period. In this event, Station may elect to completely stop taking entries during the On-Site Entry Period or limit the times during which entry via Kiosk may be accepted due to technical difficulties, weather related situation or otherwise. Station may (but is under no obligation) to accept entries via another method during the On-Site Entry Period including but not limited accepting entries via entry boxes. Station is not liable to entrants in the event entries submitted via Kiosk are lost or corrupted due to a technical difficulty, weather related situation or otherwise. Around June 7, 2010, the Station will randomly select up to three (3) qualifiers from on-site entries received during the On-Site Entry Period in a random drawing, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules (each a "On- Site Entry Qualifier"). On Line Entry: Beginning 12pm on May 29, 2010 (PST) through May 31, 2010 at 7:59 p.m. (the "Online Entry Period") listeners can submit an entry into this Contest by visiting the contest page at HYPERLINK "http://www.1077theend.com/Hondahybrid" www.1077theend.com/Hondahybrid and submitting any entry with the following information: Name, Zip Code, Phone Number, Email and Birth Date. Around June 7, 2010, the Station will randomly select up to three (3) qualifiers from all online entries received during the Online Entry Period, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules (each a "Online Qualifier").

Station will not contact selected On-Site Qualifiers and Online Qualifiers to let them know they qualified for the Grand Prize Drawing in this Contest.

Text Qualifiers, On-Site Entry Qualifiers and Online Qualifiers will hereafter be collectively referred to as Qualifiers. There will be up to a maximum of thirty-three (33) Qualifiers in total selected in this Contest. A person may only qualify one (1) time in this Contest based on all of the entry methods described above, combined. Once a person is selected as a Qualifier all other entries submitted by that person in this Contest is void.

How to Win

Grand Prize Drawing: On or around 10am on June 8, 2010 in the Station's lobby, KNDD will randomly select one (1) Qualifier from all Qualifiers as the Grand Prize Winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules. THERE WILL ONLY BE UP TO ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER (IF ANY). The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by phone at the phone number provided in his or her entry before 5:30pm on June 8, 2010. Station will only be required to leave one (1) message at the number provided in the Grand Prize Winner's entry form. If no answer or answering machine is reached, Station will not be obligated to attempt any further contact.

Prize(s)

The verified Grand Prize Winner will receive: one (1) 2010 Honda Insight hybrid EX with Navi (the "Grand Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $23,850.00. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. See other prize restrictions and requirements described in below. Value is subject to market condition, which can fluctuate, and any difference between actual market value and ARV will not be awarded. No cash option or substitution of prizes is available. No expenses incurred directly by the winner will be reimbursed by Station. The color and other customized features of the grand prize will be determined by the Station in its sole discretion.

Grand Prize Winner must provide Station with social security number and a photograph of a valid driver's license or other US or state government photo ID within 30 business days following the Grand Prize Drawing. The prize includes, document fee, state sales tax and state tire fees associated with the car that will vary based on the where the Grand Prize winner is a legal resident. The estimated sales tax can range from $0.00 in Oregon State to approximately $2,265.75 in Washington State. All federal, state, and local income taxes, registration, title and license fees, extended warranties costs, and insurance costs associated with the car, as well as all other costs involved in claiming, operating or owning the car, are the Grand Prize Winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize Winner is also responsible for all costs associated with any optional accessories ordered by Winner. In addition, Grand Prize Winner shall receive an IRS Form 1099 and such prize will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service for the 2010 tax year for the value of the Grand Prize. Delivery of the Grand Prize to the dealer may be at any time within 180 days following the date the Grand Prize Winner is determined and the Grand Prize Winner must take possession of the grand prize no later than 30 days thereafter. Failure of the Grand Prize Winner to take possession within such time will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Grand Prize. All taxes, upgrades, and any other expenses not specifically identified in these official rules as included in the Grand Prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Station or MFI has not made and is not responsible for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Grand Prize, regarding the use, value, or enjoyment of the Grand Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the Prize or any components of the vehicle. At the time the winner takes possession of the Prize, he/she may be required to present a valid driver's license and proof of insurance and shall be required to sign a legal release in a form specified by Station and MFI. VEHICLE MUST BE ACCEPTED "AS IS." THE STATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS AND/ OR MAINTENANCE OF GRAND PRIZE VEHICLES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN AWARDED.

Only those Qualifiers that become eligible in this Contest during the Text -In Entry Period will be entitled to win the pair of three day Sasquatch Music Festival Passes valued at $360. All tickets must be picked up at the Station, located at 1100 Olive Way, Suite 1650, Seattle, WA, 98101 during normal business hours no later than 5:30pm on May 28, 2010. Winners will be required to show photo identification and social security card to pick-up their tickets.

Odds of becoming a Text Qualifier depend on the number of texts received at the time the texts are solicited. Odds of becoming an On-Site Qualifier depend on the number of entries received during the On-Site Entry Period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Station's general contest rules: No person may be a qualifier in this contest more than once, regardless of the mode of entry (only the first chronological qualification will count, any subsequent qualifications will be deemed disqualified), A person may become a qualifier in this contest even if other members of their family or household have previously qualified in this contest, and You may enter as often as you like, provided, however, that all on-site entries must be submitted no later than the end of the On-Site Entry Period and otherwise fully complies with the requirements of the contest rules applicable to this Contest.
